I spent some time earlier this afternoon looking through some of my older unverified reports, and decided to resend a couple of them. Among them was a report to KLOO in Corvallis, Oregon. I heard that station briefly on October 18, 2005 (KONG13). After a short while I received two e-mail messages from Program Director Bill Lundun, who both confirmed my report and also had put together an mp3 file for me with a personal message, the station’s legal ID like it really sounds when other stations don’t attempt to bury it in noise, and an aircheck from KLOO’s local programming. Thank you for a great reply, Bill!

A couple of minutes after the arrival of the KVTA verification, the next one could be found in my inbox. This time it was a short but positive e-mail from the CE of KLFE in Seattle, WA. He kindly confirmed my October 22, 2007 reception of the station. KLFE is commonly heard in Kongsfjord, but for some reason I hadn’t written until now.

Still a verification finds its way to my inbox, once in a while. Today I sent a few reports, and soon I received my first response. The e-mail came from the CE of KVTA, and he kindly confirmed my reception report. KVTA was heard briefly on October 22, 2007 (KONG17) with a good signal at 11:00 UTC.
