I found this one in my e-mail inbox this morning; an e-mail with a QSL letter attached to it, from Michael H. Gilbert, Regional Broadcast Electrical Engineer. He confirmed my October 14, 2007 reception of KVRI. This is the 3rd response I receive to the follow-ups I sent yesterday. What's next? :-)
