Today I received a nice letter from Misako Higaki at NHK in Matsuyama. In her letter, she confirmed my reception of NHK-2, Matsuyama, although she said that it was difficult to confirm my exact reception date, since they use the same automated identification announcement every day. Understandable, but actually I heard the station on October 21, 2007. Yet another KONG17 catch. Along with the letter was also a QSL card and a sticker.
