A few verifications over the last days
On December 14th, one verification found it's way through the ordinary snailmail system to my mailbox; an envelope containing a nice verification card arrived from 940 CJGX Yorkton SK.
Also the e-mail brought me some more verifications that day. The first message I found came from 1270 KNWC Sioux Falls SD. This was the second e-mail I have received from that station, this time with some information about the station and it's sister FM station attached. The next e-mail I found came from Dick Pust at 1240 KGY Olympia WA. He verified my October 18 reception of the station. It was a little bit of his morning show I picked up, and he told me that he has been doing the morning show on KGY for over 38 years. That's quite unusual for a commercial station. He says that his show is the longest running show in the state of Washington.
Also the 15th brought me a verification by e-mail, this time from Patrick Nagle at 1230 CFFB Iqaluit NU. He verified my October 17 reception of that station, and also told that they occasionally receive reception reports from the Nordic countries, as well as from Scotland.
And since it's Saturday today, there is still a chance that this week will bring more verifications …
